Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.
6. Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing coaching and support, and fostering a culture of high performance.
7. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
8. Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the agency.
9. Stay informed about our software and visualization solutions, understanding their features, benefits, and value propositions.
10. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and generate leads.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
2. Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
3. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
